Our return policy is 15 days. After 15 days of purchase, it is unfortunately not possible to request a refund or exchange.
In order to make a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Contact lenses
* Artificial Tear
To make the return, present the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (when applicable)
Once the product for return is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your goods for return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue the credit to your credit card or payment method of purchase in a few days.
Refund late or not received (when applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be released.

Goods on offer (when applicable)
You can only request a refund for normal priced products. Unfortunately, it is not possible to request a refund for the goods on offer.
Exchanges (when applicable)
We only exchange products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the product was marked as a gift during the purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate with the same value as the purchase. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail when we receive the returned product.
If the product was not marked as a gift during the purchase, or if the person who gave it sent the product to himself to deliver it personally, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift. That person will know that you requested the return.
To return the product, you must send it to: Alameda Nuno de Brion, Bloco C, Loja 6, Lourinhã, 2530-875, Portugal.
You will be responsible for paying the freight to return the product. We do not refund shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, return shipping times may vary.
If you are going to ship a product over € 100, consider hiring a shipping service with tracking or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the product you send back.
