Shipping and delivery
Orders are normally processed within 24 business hours. The customer will receive an email with the tracking code so that they can track the order.
Shipments are made through CTT Expresso.
Shipping costs
Delivery is free within Portugal for purchases of €30 or more.
For orders under €30, the shipping costs are €3.50.
For international orders, the shipping cost is €15 (standard shipping) and €25 (express shipping).
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The customer has 15 days after receipt of their order to exchange or return their item.
To be able to return the product, it must be in the same condition in which it was received. The product must be sent in its original packaging.
