Shipping and delivery
Orders are usually processed within 24 business hours. The customer will receive an email with the tracking code to track the order.
Shipments are made through CTT Expresso.
Shipping Costs
Deliveries are free for Portugal on purchases equal to or greater than €30.
For orders under €30, shipping costs are €3.50.
For international orders, the shipping cost is €15 (standard shipping) and €25 (express shipping).
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The customer has 15 days after receiving their order to exchange or return their item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be sent with its original packaging.
